Introduction to HIRN BC Resources

Due to the number of users across the HIRN network, HIRN Bioinformatics Core resources are available by request, as a default.

To request an account for a given resource, please send an email to help@hirnetwork.org.

In your email, please include:

• your name
• your organization
• your consortium
• the name of the resource you wish to access

This will automatically open a ticket in our queue. To view the status of your request, go to: http://hirnetwork.freshdesk.com. If it is your first time to the helpdesk site, you will need to register for an account.
