Webinar: Do it yourself RNAseq Analysis

In this webinar, via live demo, Partek Flow will be used to analyze an RNAseq experiment by checking read quality, aligning reads against a reference genome, quantifying RNA transcript levels, and determining differentially expressed genes. You will learn how to create your own workflows and share your analysis with one or more collaborators.

Partek Flow is software designed specifically for the analysis needs of next generation sequencing applications including RNA, small RNA, and DNA sequencing. With an easy-to-use graphical interface and the ability to build your own custom analysis pipelines or download pipelines built by Partek scientists, you can perform alignment, quantification, quality control, statistics, and visualization.
