How to Get Assistance

If you're having problems or need technical support, please send an email to help@hirnetwork.org. This will open a ticket with our helpdesk system on Freshdesk. We actively monitor this queue, so someone will be responding shortly to your inquiry.

How to Get Access To Systems

Due to the number of users across the HIRN network, HIRN Bioinformatics Core resources are available by request, as a default.

To request an account for a given resource, please send an email to help@hirnetwork.org.

In your email, please include:

  • your name
  • your organization
  • your consortium
  • the name of the resource you wish to access

Again, this will automatically open a ticket in our queue.

To view the status of your request, go to: http://hirnetwork.freshdesk.com. If it is your first time to the helpdesk site, you will need to register for an account.
